Information we use

• Account information: your email address, verification status and account identifier. Google or Apple sign-in may also provide a name, profile details or a private relay email address. We use this information to authenticate you and associate plans, images and credits with your account.
• Project information: floor plans you upload as PDF, PNG, JPG or SVG; detected room names and dimensions; your corrections, project names and design instructions; optional logos; and requested or completed renderings. We use these to show your plans, detect printed details and create the images you request.
• Purchases: credit pack, amount, credit balance and transaction, refund or dispute identifiers. We use these to fulfill purchases, maintain your wallet and resolve payment issues. Renditect does not collect your full card number in its own checkout form.
• Technical information: browser or app requests and operational records needed to run, secure and troubleshoot the service. The website also stores temporary checkout and studio state in browser storage.

Google sign-in

If you choose Continue with Google, Google provides Firebase Authentication with basic profile information such as your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile photo. Renditect uses that information to sign you in and connect your plans, renderings and purchased credits to your account. Renditect does not request access to your Google Drive, Gmail or contacts. Your floor plan is sent for detection or rendering only when you use those features.

Services involved

Firebase Authentication handles email, Google and Apple sign-in. Google Cloud stores private project data, Google Cloud Vision reads printed text from selected plan pages, and Google AI services use the plan and any design instructions to generate requested renderings. Stripe hosts website card checkout; Google Play handles eligible Android purchases. Netlify hosts the website and optional public image shares. These providers process information as needed to deliver their part of Renditect.

How we protect information

Renditect uses HTTPS for the website and API. The private API verifies Firebase sign-in tokens and limits access to saved plans, renderings and credit records by account. Website card entry takes place in Stripe Checkout rather than a Renditect payment form. An optional public share link is available to anyone who has its URL or QR code.

When you share a rendering

If you choose to create a QR code or share link, Renditect publishes a web copy of that rendered image with its project title and perspective at an unlisted URL. Anyone with the URL or QR code can view it. The public page does not include your original floor plan, account identity or design instructions. Please avoid enabling a share link for an image you want to keep private. Contact us if you need a share link revoked.

Storage and deletion

Your saved plans and account data are associated with your account. Deleting a plan from the studio removes that saved plan and its original upload from the active plan library. It does not automatically remove completed renderings, render records that contain a snapshot of the plan, purchase records or any optional public share. Contact us to request broader access, correction or deletion. Some records may need to be kept for payment, dispute, security or legal reasons. Private backups are subject to a 30-day storage lifecycle; service providers may have their own retention practices.

Your choices

You can use email, Google or Apple sign-in, review and correct detected plan details, choose whether to upload a logo, and choose whether to create a public QR link. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export personal information, or to object to certain uses. Send requests to info@aerofrohne.com.
