RENDITECT / YOUR DATA
Request account deletion.
Use this form to ask Renditect support to delete your Renditect account and its associated data from the app and website. You do not need to sign in or reinstall the app to send a request.
REQUEST SENT
Your request has been received.
Your account deletion request has been sent to Renditect support. Support will contact you to verify ownership and explain the next steps. Your account has not been deleted by sending this form.
What happens next
- Send the email address associated with your Renditect account. If Apple sign-in uses a private relay address, enter that address.
- Support will contact you to verify account ownership before taking action. A different reply email is a way to reach you; it is not proof of ownership.
- Support will review the data covered by your request, explain any records that must be retained, and confirm when the request has been completed.
Sending this form starts a support request. It does not immediately delete or disable your account.
Data covered by your request
After verifying account ownership, we delete your Renditect sign-in account and associated active project data: saved plans and original uploads, project details, uploaded logos, render inputs and generated images. We also remove optional public rendering copies and revoke their share links.
Purchase and credit records, support correspondence, and security records may need to be retained for payment, dispute, security or legal reasons. Backup objects have a configured 30-day deletion lifecycle and a further 7-day recovery period; automated cleanup timing can vary. Deletion of service-provider copies is handled with the relevant provider. Support will explain which records must be retained and the applicable timing for your request.
Deleting Renditect data does not delete your Google or Apple account. Files you downloaded, or copies other people saved from a share link, remain outside Renditect’s control. Read our privacy policy for more about how data is handled.
